Winter is coming...

Well, Thanksgiving has come and gone, and so starts the official Christmas shopping season. Where does the time go? Every year seems shorter. This time of year I usually find myself reflecting on all the things I wanted to do but didn't. There are a lot of things I wanted to fix around the house. I still haven't built the new sub boxes for the car yet. Hell, I didn't even get the snow blower running yet. We've already had a good snowfall (4") that I could have used it if it was running.

Winter used to be my favorite time of year. I love the snow and all that it brings. But last winter was my lowest time even though I didn't know it at the time. So this winter seems to be coming with a lot of mixed emotions. Some of the dates I used to look forward to now seem stained. I have been doing my best to put on a happy face, and I think I have been good at it. I'll have to find a way to get through the added stress that this normally happy season brings.
